Na lijepom otočiću Krapanj nalazi se građevinska parcela površine 406m2. Pravilnog je oblika s pristupnim putem, smještena u građevnom pojasu većinom u neizgrađenom dijelu naselja Krapanj te je važna za njegovu arhitektonsku tipologiju, prostornu organizaciju i vrednovanje.  Parcela se nalazi unutar granica zaštite povijesne ruralne cjeline otoka Krapnja.
Za parcelu postoji idejni projekt u svrhu ishođenja lokacijske dozvole u kojem su prikazani tlocrti, fasade te 3D vizualizacija objekta. Idejni projekt je dobio suglasnost Ministarstva kulture i medija, Uprave za zaštitu kulturne baštine te Konzervatorskog odjela u Šibeniku.
Po projektu je moguće izgraditi obiteljsku kuću s dva stana na tri etaže (3 x 107,40m2)  odnosno ukupne korisne površine 322,09m2.  Svaki bi stan imao zaseban prilaz i ulaz te mogućnost izgradnje podruma kao četvrte etaže ispod svakog stana. Također je planirana izgradnja bazena otvorenog tipa koji se može smjestiti s južne strane.
Sva infrastruktura je u neposrednoj blizini parcele. Sukladno ishođenim uvjetima, građevina će se spojiti na novoizgrađenu uličnu mrežu vodoopskrbe, a odvodnja otpadnih voda na novu kanalizaciju. Uz parcelu je postavljena vanjska rasvjeta.
Lokacija vrlo poželjna, svega 100 metara do mora i 300 do pristaništa broda.

The plot is located within the boundaries of the protection of the historical rural unit of the island of Krapanj.
There is a conceptual project for the plot for the purpose of obtaining a location permit, which shows floor plans, facades and a 3D visualization of the building. The conceptual project was approved by the Ministry of Culture and Media, the Administration for the Protection of Cultural Heritage and the Conservation Department in Šibenik.
According to the project, it is possible to build a family house with two apartments on three floors (3 x 107.40 sqm) a total usable area of ​​322.09 sqm. Each apartment would have a separate entrance and the possibility of building a basement as a fourth floor under each apartment. It is also planned to build an open swimming pool that can be placed on the south side.
All infrastructure is in the immediate vicinity of the plot. In accordance with the agreed conditions, the building will be connected to the newly constructed street water supply network, and the waste water drainage to the new sewage system. Outside lighting is installed next to the plot.

Auf der wunderschönen Insel Krapanj befindet sich ein Baugrundstück von 406qm. Es hat eine angemessene Form, einen Zufahrtsweg, befindet sich in der Bauzone, hauptsächlich im unbebauten Teil der Siedlung Krapanj. Ein offener Pool ist auch geplant, und kann auf der Südseite platziert werden.
Sämtliche Infrastruktur befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Grundstücks. Gemäß den vereinbarten Bedingungen wird das Gebäude an das neu errichtete Straßenwasserversorgungsnetz und die Abwasserentsorgung an die neue Kanalisation angeschlossen. Außenbeleuchtung gibt es vor dem Grundstück.
