Kuća se sastoji od trijema, kuhinje sa blagovaonom i kupatilom u prizemlju, dnevnog boravka na 1. katu i terase ,dnevni boravak može posllužiti kao spavaća soba te spavaće u visokom potkrovlju. Ispred kuće je šupa za drva i dvorište za parking. a iza kuće je isto vrt. Mjesečni najam je 650 eur + režije. Pri potpisu Ugovora o najmu treba platiti  2 mjesečne rate unaprijed.
