Dvije kamene kuće za obnovu, u etno eko selu Velo Grablje, se vrlo rijetko nađu u ponudi. Kuće odražavaju tipičan stil života svog razdoblja i otoka. Veća kuća proteže se na tri kata, nudeći jedinstvenu priliku za obnovu dijela lokalne povijesti. Prizemlje kuće je uobičajeno korišteno kao "konoba", prostor koji se koristio za proizvodnju i čuvanje vina, levande i maslina. Glavni ulaz vodi na etažu prvog kata, dok unutarnje stepenice povezuju sobe u potkrovlju. Kameni zidovi fasade debljine jednog metra karakteristični su za domove iz ovog doba i pružaju odličnu izolaciju, regulirajući temperaturu ljeti i čuvajući toplinu zimi. Kuću se nalazi u nizu kuća slične visine, od kojih se većina redovno koristi, za razliku od ove, te je treba potpuno renovirati.

Druga kamena kuća nalazi se prekoputa nje i na nju se nastavlja vrt.

Etno eko selo Velo Grablje je jedno od njapoželjnijih otočnih naselja, koje je očuvalo tradicionalni identitet otoka Hvara u svom punom sjaju. Klasične kamene kuće, prekrasna crkve i uske ulice predstavljaju autentičnu dalmatinsku arhitekturu, a svaka govori o bezvremenoj ljepoti i kulturi otoka.

Selo je bogato poviješću i kulturnom baštinom te je snažno povezano s proizvodnjom lavande. Početkom 20. stoljeća Grablje je steklo slavu po nasadima lavande i proizvodnji vrhunskog eteričnog lavandinog  ulja. Do sredine stoljeća postalo je najveći proizvođač lavandinog ulja na ovim prostorima. Na svom vrhuncu otok Hvar- upravo Grablje, proizvodio je oko 10% svjetske proizvodnje lavandinog ulja. Danas se manifestacijom "Festival lavande" slavi ovo nasljeđe, odajući počast ulozi koju je lavanda odigrala u razvoju sela. Tradicionalni običaji poput narodnih pjesama, plesova i vjerskih svetkovina još uvijek su očuvani, što doprinosi kulturnom identitetu Velog Grablja.

Selo je smješteno 10-tak kilometara od grada Hvara. U suprotnom smjeru trajektna luka i grad Stari Grad udaljeni su još toliko. Ova vrhunska lokacija nudi jednostavan pristup glavnim otočkim atrakcijama, a istovremeno pruža mir i autentično iskustvo povijesnog dalmatinskog sela.

We are excited to offer this fantastic renovation project of two stone houses on Hvar Island. The house reflects the typical style of its period on the island. It spans three floors, offering a unique opportunity to restore a piece of local history. Locals refer to the ground floor as a "konoba," a working space traditionally used for producing goods like wine and olives. From the outside, a door leads to the raised ground level, while internal stairs connect to the second floor. The one-meter-thick stone walls are characteristic of homes from this era and provide excellent insulation, keeping the heat out in summer and preserving warmth during winter. In addition, in front of the house is a stone-built shed with ample scope to construct into further accommodation or perhaps a studio.

The surrounding village showcases the traditional charm of Hvar Island. Classic stone houses, historic churches, and narrow streets represent authentic Dalmatian architecture, each speaking to the region's timeless beauty and culture.

This property is located in Grablje, also known as Velo Grablje, a highly sought-after inland village with conservation protection. The village is rich in history and cultural heritage and has a strong connection to lavender production. During the early 20th century, Grablje gained fame for its lavender. By the mid-century, it became the largest producer of lavender oil in the former Yugoslavia. At its peak, Hvar Island produced around 10% of the world's lavender oil. Today, the annual Lavender Festival celebrates this legacy, honouring the role lavender has played in the village's development. Traditional customs like folk songs, dances, and religious festivals are still preserved, adding to the cultural identity of Velo Grablje.

The village is conveniently located just 13 km from Hvar town. In the opposite direction, the Stari Grad ferry port and town are only a few kilometres away. Steinhaus zur Renovierung auf Hvar, Velo Grablje

Zwei Steinhäuser zur Renovierung im Ethno-Öko-Dorf Velo Grablje werden sehr selten angeboten. Die Häuser spiegeln den typischen Lebensstil ihrer Zeit und der Insel wider. Das größere Haus erstreckt sich über drei Stockwerke und bietet eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, ein Stück Lokalgeschichte wiederherzustellen. Das Erdgeschoss des Hauses wurde üblicherweise als „Taverne" genutzt, ein Raum, der zur Herstellung und Lagerung von Wein, Lavendel und Oliven diente. Der Haupteingang führt in den ersten Stock, während eine Innentreppe die Räume im Dachgeschoss verbindet. Die ein Meter dicken Steinfassadenwände sind charakteristisch für Häuser aus dieser Zeit und bieten eine hervorragende Isolierung, regulieren die Temperatur im Sommer und speichern die Wärme im Winter. Das Haus liegt in einer Reihe von Häusern ähnlicher Höhe, die im Gegensatz zu diesem größtenteils regelmäßig genutzt werden und muss komplett renoviert werden.

Gegenüber liegt ein weiteres Steinhaus mit angeschlossenem Garten.

Das Ethno-Öko-Dorf Velo Grablje ist eine der begehrtesten Inselsiedlungen, die die traditionelle Identität der Insel Hvar in ihrer vollen Pracht bewahrt hat. Klassische Steinhäuser, wunderschöne Kirchen und enge Gassen repräsentieren authentische dalmatinische Architektur und jedes einzelne davon zeugt von der zeitlosen Schönheit und Kultur der Insel.

Das Dorf ist reich an Geschichte und kulturellem Erbe und eng mit der Lavendelproduktion verbunden. Zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts erlangte Grablje Berühmtheit für seine Lavendelplantagen und die Produktion von hochwertigem ätherischem Lavendelöl. Mitte des Jahrhunderts wurde es zum größten Lavendelölproduzenten in dieser Gegend. In ihrer Blütezeit produzierte die Insel Hvar – genauer gesagt Grablje – etwa 10 % der weltweiten Lavendelölproduktion. Heute feiert die Veranstaltung „Lavendelfest" dieses Erbe und würdigt die Rolle, die Lavendel bei der Entwicklung des Dorfes gespielt hat. Traditionelle Bräuche wie Volkslieder, Tänze und religiöse Feste sind noch immer erhalten, was zur kulturellen Identität von Veli Grablje beiträgt.

Das Dorf liegt etwa 10 Kilometer von der Stadt Hvar entfernt. In der Gegenrichtung sind der Fährhafen und die Stadt Stari Grad noch weiter entfernt. Diese erstklassige Lage bietet einfachen Zugang zu den Hauptattraktionen der Insel und bietet gleichzeitig die Ruhe und das authentische Erlebnis eines historischen dalmatinischen Dorfes.

Due case in pietra da ristrutturare, nel villaggio etno-eco di Velo Grablje, vengono offerte molto raramente. Le case riflettono lo stile di vita tipico dell'epoca e dell'isola. La casa più grande si estende su tre piani e offre un'opportunità unica per restaurare un pezzo di storia locale. Il piano terra della casa era comunemente utilizzato come "taverna", uno spazio adibito alla produzione e alla conservazione del vino, della lavanda e delle olive. L'ingresso principale conduce al primo piano, mentre le scale interne collegano le stanze della mansarda. Le pareti della facciata in pietra spesse un metro sono caratteristiche delle case di quest'epoca e garantiscono un ottimo isolamento, regolando la temperatura in estate e trattenendo il calore in inverno. La casa si trova in una schiera di case di simile altezza, la maggior parte delle quali, a differenza di questa, sono regolarmente utilizzate e necessitano di una completa ristrutturazione.

Di fronte si trova un'altra casa in pietra con annesso giardino.

Il villaggio etno-eco di Velo Grablje è uno degli insediamenti isolani più desiderabili, che ha conservato l'identità tradizionale dell'isola di Hvar in tutto il suo splendore. Le classiche case in pietra, le bellissime chiese e le strade strette rappresentano l'autentica architettura dalmata e ognuna parla della bellezza e della cultura senza tempo dell'isola.

Il villaggio è ricco di storia e patrimonio culturale ed è fortemente associato alla produzione di lavanda. All'inizio del XX secolo Grablje divenne famosa per le sue piantagioni di lavanda e per la produzione del pregiato olio essenziale di lavanda. Entro la metà del secolo divenne il più grande produttore di olio di lavanda in questa zona. Al suo apice, l'isola di Hvar - precisamente Grablje - produceva circa il 10% della produzione mondiale di olio di lavanda. Oggi, l'evento "Festa della Lavanda" celebra questo patrimonio, rendendo omaggio al ruolo che la lavanda ha avuto nello sviluppo del villaggio. Sono ancora conservati gli usi tradizionali come i canti popolari, i balli e le feste religiose, che contribuiscono all'identità culturale di Veli Grablje.

Il villaggio si trova a circa 10 chilometri dalla città di Hvar. Nella direzione opposta, il porto dei traghetti e la città di Stari Grad sono ancora più lontani.
