Višnjan okolica - građevinsko zemljište

Višnjan se nalazi u zapadnom dijelu Istre na području Poreštine. To je prostor između rijeke Mirne na sjeveru i Limskog kanala na jugu nazvan po najvećem naselju Poreču.
Višnjan ima dobar prometni položaj. S Porečom ga povezuje 12 km duga regionalna cesta, a od kraka Istarskog ipsilona dijeli ga samo 1,5 km čime se dobila bolja veza s Pulom (centrom zračnog prometa) i Pazinom (centrom željezničkog prometa). Nekada je ovuda prolazila poznata željeznička pruga Parenzana, tzv. "vinska pruga" koja je povezivala Trst i Poreč, a bila je veoma važna za gospodarstvo ovog kraja jer su se njome prevozili domaći proizvodi (vino, pršut) do većih gradova na prodaju.

Na njenoj okolici, na udaljenosti samo od 4 km ili 6 minuta vožnje prodaje se građevinski teren veličine skoro 1000 m2 za gradnju obiteljske kuće ili kuće za odmor.
Teren je pravilnog oblika, ravne konfiguracije s pristupnom cestom s dvije strane. Struja i voda je doslovno na koji metar udaljenosti.

Višnjan liegt im westlichen Teil Istriens in der Gegend von Poreština. Es ist das Gebiet zwischen dem Fluss Mirna im Norden und dem Lim-Kanal im Süden, benannt nach der größten Siedlung Poreč.
