Renovirana kamena kuća s pogledom na more, Poreč

Stara kamena istarska kuća u malenom mjestu u blizini Poreča, na velikoj okućnici od cca 1.000 m2. Kuće je renovirana prije desetak godina. Prizemlje se sastoji od velikog otvorenog prostora - konobe s kaminom, malom kuhinjom, kupatilom i spavaćom sobom. Na prvom katu se nalazi kuhinja i blagovaona, dvije spavaće sobe i kupatilo a na drugom katu/potkrovlju nalazi se veliki otvoreni prostor s dnevnim boravkom, spavaćom sobom i kupatilom.
U postupku rješavanja je ucrtavanje stvarnih međa te legalizacija nadograđene spavaće sobe na prizemlju.

Old Istrian stone house in a small village near Porec, on a plot of approximately 1,000 m2. The house was renovated about ten years ago. The ground floor consists of a large open space - a tavern with a fireplace, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. On the first floor there is a kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom and on the second floor / attic there is a large open space with a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom.
Legalization of the subsequently added bedroom and the registration of actual property boundaries in the cadastre are in progress.

Renoviertes istrisches Steinhaus mit Meerblick, Porec

Altes istrisches Steinhaus in einem kleinen Ort in der Nähe von Porec, auf einem Grundstück von ca. 1.000 m2. Das Haus wurde vor etwa zehn Jahren renoviert. Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus einem großen offenen Raum - Taverne mit Kamin, einer kleinen Küche, Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer. Im ersten Stock gibt es eine Küche und ein Essbereich, zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer und im zweiten Stock / Dachgeschoss gibt es einen großen offenen Raum mit einem Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer.
Die Legalisierung des nachträglich angebauten Schlafzimmers sowie die Eintragung der tatsächlichen Grundstücksgrenzen im Kataster sind in Arbeit.
