Außerdem gibt es ein Restaurant mit allen dazugehörigen Räumen. Auf der Westseite des Erdgeschosses befinden sich außerdem fünf Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Die Villa verfügt über eine Innentreppe und einen Aufzug zu den Obergeschossen, wo sich auf jeder Etage fünf Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Balkon und Badezimmer befinden. Die gesamte Villa ist eingerichtet und gepflegt und die Zimmer werden den ganzen Sommer über erfolgreich vermietet.
