Slikoviti gradić Umag smjestio se na sjevero-zapadnoj obali Istre, 10 km od slovenske granice. Grad je sjedište obrazovnih i kulturnih ustanova, gradska knjižnica, galerije i muzeja. The state roads Umag - Buje and Savudrija - Umag - Novigrad are connected by land to settlements in Istria, and by roads via Vilanija to the Umag junction on the Istrian Epsilon and border crossings with Slovenia.

Umag - hochwertige Villa mit Meerblick, 1. Reihe zum Meer

Die malerische Stadt Umag liegt an der Nordwestküste Istriens, 10 km von der slowenischen Grenze entfernt. Die Stadt ist Sitz von Bildungs- und Kultureinrichtungen, einer Stadtbibliothek, Galerien und Museen. Die Staatsstraßen Umag – Buje und Savudrija – Umag – Novigrad sind auf dem Landweg mit Siedlungen in Istrien und über Straßen über Vilanija mit der Kreuzung Umag am istrischen Upsilon und Grenzübergängen mit Slowenien verbunden.
In einer Entfernung von 1,5 km von der Stadt selbst steht eine neu gebaute Doppelhaushälfte zum Verkauf.
