Plomin je malo staro naselje u općini Kršan, na jugoistočnoj obali Istre, nadomak grada Labina.
Leži na 168 metara apsolutne visine, na litici poviše Plominskog zaljeva, uz cestu Pula-Labin-Rijeka.
