U ponudu smo dobili stanove koji će se nalaziti u modernoj novogradnji udaljenoj od mora samo 300m.
Zgrada će imati 4 stana, 2 dvoetažna u suterenu i prizemlju, cijelu prvu etažu i cijelu etažu u visokome potkrovlju.

U ovom slučaju donja etaža će se sastojati od hodnika, spremišta, spavaće sobe, moderne kupaone te open space dnevnoga dijela sa natkrivenom terasom od 13m2 koja će se nastavljati na okućnicu. Tu postoji mogućnost izgradnje bazena sa sunčalištem.
Unutarnjim stepenicama će se penjati na kat kojega će činiti hodnik, dvije spavaće sobe, moderna prostrana kupaona, te dodatni dnevni boravak koji će imati izlaz na natkriveni balkon površine 12m2.

Predviđeni materijali u gradnji su vrhunske kvalitete, pa će tako i stan raspolagati protuprovalnim vratima, podnim grijanjem kroz obje etaže, vrhunskom keramikom i sanitarijama, minimalno dvije klime, prvoklasnom PVC stolarijom itd....

S obzirom da je gradnja krenula upravo sada (početak 05.2024.), moguća je rezervacija, odnosno kapariranje stana, a samim time i dodatni dogovori oko materijala koji će biti ugrađeni, načina gradnje (varijante korištenja stana kako su poviše opisane), te izgradnje bazena i sunčališta. Također je moguća i veća korekcija cijene stana, a sve s obzirom na način financiranja.
