Novoadaptirana i nadograđena autentična istarska kuća koja je savršen primjer spoja moderne i tradicionalne arhitekture s unutrašnjim uređenjem koje odiše toplinom rustikalnog i udobnošću življenja. Poštivajući istarsku arhitekturu od stare trošne kamene istarske kuće stvoren je pravi mali raj i hedonistički kutak s funkcionalnim interijerom i eksterijerom.
Sve površine u kući i bazenu obložene su Epoxy mikrocementom a za izolaciju je korištena kamena vuna debljine 10 cm. Ono što ovu istarsku kamenu ljepoticu čini idealnim mjestom za odmor i izvan ljetne sezone jesu i klizne stijene bez okvira koje stvaraju doživljaj potpune otvorenosti koji daje vašem prostoru još više svjetla i dodira sa prirodom.
Kuća se sastoji od open space kuhinje, blagovaonice i dnevnog boravka i jednim toaletom te ostavom u prizemlju i dvije lijepe spavaće sobe s pripadajućim kupaonicama na katu. Uz kuću se nalazi ljetna kuhinja površine 15m2, dodatni objekt površine 14m2, zamišljen za saunu, te bazen (7,5x3,5). Kuća se nalazi na prostranom zemljištu površine 1295m2 i prednji dio parcele je omeđen visokim suhozidom.
Kuća se prodaje nenamještena i bez klima i potrebna je završna faza bazena, sunčališta i okućnice.

All surfaces in the house and the pool are coated with Epoxy microcement, and 10 cm thick stone wool was used for insulation. What makes this Istrian stone beauty an ideal place for vacation even outside the summer season are the frameless sliding rocks that create an experience of complete openness that gives your space even more light and touch with nature.
The house consists of an open space kitchen, dining room and living room and one toilet and storage room on the ground floor and two nice bedrooms with attached bathrooms on the first floor. Next to the house there is a summer kitchen of 15m2, an additional object of 14m2, designed for a sauna, and a swimming pool (7.5x3.5). The house is located on a spacious plot of land of 1295m2 and the front part of the plot is bordered by a high dry wall.
The house is sold unfurnished and without air conditioning, and the final phase of the pool, sunbathing area and garden is needed.

Neu adaptiertes und renoviertes einheimisches istrisches Haus, das ein perfektes Beispiel für eine Kombination aus moderner und traditioneller Architektur mit Innendekorationen ist, die die Wärme des rustikalen und komfortablen Wohnens vermitteln. Mit Respekt vor der istrischen Architektur wurde aus einem alten, heruntergekommenen Haus aus istrischem Stein ein wahres kleines Paradies und eine hedonistische Ecke funktionaler Innen- und Außenbereiche geschaffen.
Alle Oberflächen des Hauses und des Schwimmbades sind mit Epoxid-Mikrozement beschichtet und zur Isolierung wurde 10 cm dicke Steinwolle verwendet. Was diese Schönheit aus istrischem Stein auch außerhalb der Sommersaison zu einem idealen Urlaubsort macht, sind die rahmenlosen Gleitfelsen, die ein völlig offenes Erlebnis schaffen, das Ihrem Raum noch mehr Licht und Kontakt mit der Natur verleiht.
Das Haus besteht aus einer offenen Küche, einem Esszimmer und einem Wohnzimmer, sowie einer Toilette und einem Abstellraum im Erdgeschoss und zwei schönen Schlafzimmern mit angeschlossenen Badezimmern im ersten Stock. Neben dem Haus gibt es eine Sommerküche von 15 m², ein Nebengebäude von 14 m², vorbereitet für eine Sauna, und einen Swimmingpool (7,5x3,5). Das Haus liegt auf einem großen Grundstück von 1295 m2 und die Vorderseite des Grundstücks ist durch eine hohe Trockenmauer begrenzt.
Das Haus wird unmöbliert und ohne Klimaanlage verkauft, die letzte Phase des Schwimmbades, des Solariums und des Gartens ist erforderlich.

Casa in pietra di design

L'Istria ha mostrato il suo meraviglioso fascino in un rigoglioso giardino mediterraneo, sulle pendici delle Alpi come su un trono. Ma ti invitiamo a scoprire luoghi più nascosti. Uno di questi è Kršan, una piccola cittadina non lontana dal mare.

Casa istriana autoctona recentemente adattata e rinnovata che è un perfetto esempio di una combinazione di architettura moderna e tradizionale con decorazioni interne che trasmettono il calore della vita rustica e confortevole. Nel rispetto dell'architettura istriana, da una vecchia casa fatiscente in pietra istriana è stato creato un vero piccolo paradiso e un angolo edonistico di interni ed esterni funzionali.
Tutte le superfici della casa e della piscina sono rivestite con microcemento epossidico e per l'isolamento è stata utilizzata lana di roccia spessa 10 cm. Ciò che rende questa bellezza della pietra d'Istria un luogo ideale per le vacanze anche al di fuori della stagione estiva sono le rocce scorrevoli senza cornice che creano un'esperienza di completa apertura che dona al vostro spazio ancora più luce e contatto con la natura.
La casa è composta da cucina a vista, sala da pranzo e soggiorno, oltre a wc e ripostiglio al piano terra e due bellissime camere da letto con annessi bagni al primo piano. Accanto alla casa si trova una cucina estiva di 15 mq, un edificio ausiliario di 14 mq, predisposto per una sauna, e una piscina (7,5x3,5). La casa si trova su un ampio terreno di 1295 m2 e la parte anteriore del terreno è delimitata da un alto muro a secco.
La casa viene venduta non arredata e senza aria condizionata, è necessaria la fase finale della piscina, solarium e giardino.
