Zgrada je registrirana kao hostel a nudi smještaj i ishranu za svoje goste. U prizemlju se nalazi hall, hodnici, uredske prostorije, restoran, kuhinja, dvorana za događanja, sanitarni čvorovi za goste i osoblje, praonica, pomoćni prostori, kotlovnica i unutarnje stubište za prilaz gornjim etažama, u ukupnoj tlocrtnoj obračunskoj površini 459,13 m2 Sve ukupno 1.208 m2 sa skladištem od 210 m2.

Zgrada je izgrađena 1925. godine a 2001 su izvedene nove međukatne konstrukcije, pregradni zidovi, izvedeni su novi sanitarni čvorovi u svim sobama, izvedena je nova instalacija struje i vode.

Krovište je drveno sa pokrovom od valovitog lima. Fasada je potpuno uređena u jesen 2008 godine. Stolarija je PVC i ALU sa duplim staklom. Svi stropovi su izvedeni u lamperiji osim u predvorju, kuhinji i restoranu. Podovi su obloženi keramičkim pločicama, drvenim kockama i tepisonima. Izvedena je sva potrebna instalacija vode, kanalizacije, struje, telefona i sve je spojeno na gradsku infrastrukturu. Grijanje je iz vlastite kotlovnice na tekuće gorivo s rezervoarom smještenim u dvorištu a 2007 godine plinski spremnik je stavljen u funkciju za potrebe kuhinje. Okućnica je cca. 900 m2 sa omogućenim pristupom i asfaltiranim parkirnim mjestima.
Objekt vrlo uspješno posluje već niz godina, i ovo je sjajna prilika za preuzimanje uhodanog posla i prekrasnog objekta u blizini jezera, u najboljoj turističkoj destinaciji u Gorskom Kotaru.

Das Gebäude wurde 1925 erbaut und im Jahr 2001 wurden neue Zwischengeschosse, Trennwände, neue Sanitäranlagen in allen Räumen sowie eine neue Strom- und Wasserinstallation installiert.

Das Dach ist aus Holz mit einer Wellblechabdeckung. Im Herbst 2008 wurde die Fassade komplett renoviert. Die Zimmerei besteht aus PVC und ALU mit Doppelverglasung. Alle Decken sind getäfelt, außer in der Lobby, der Küche und dem Restaurant. Die Böden sind mit Keramikfliesen, Holzklötzen und Teppichen ausgelegt. Die gesamte notwendige Wasser-, Abwasser-, Strom- und Telefoninstallation wurde durchgeführt und alles wurde an die städtische Infrastruktur angeschlossen. Die Heizung erfolgt aus dem eigenen Heizraum mit flüssigem Brennstoff und einem Tank im Hof. Im Jahr 2007 wurde der Gastank für den Bedarf der Küche in Betrieb genommen. Der Hof ist ca. 900 m2 mit Zufahrt und gepflasterten Parkplätzen.
Die Anlage ist seit mehreren Jahren sehr erfolgreich in Betrieb und dies ist eine großartige Gelegenheit, ein etabliertes Unternehmen und eine wunderschöne Anlage in der Nähe des Sees, im besten Touristenziel in Gorski Kotar, zu übernehmen.

L'edificio è stato costruito nel 1925 e nel 2001 sono stati installati nuovi soppalchi, pareti divisorie, nuovi servizi igienici in tutte le stanze ed è stato installato un nuovo impianto elettrico e idrico.

Il tetto è in legno con copertura in lamiera grecata. La facciata è stata completamente rinnovata nell'autunno del 2008. La carpenteria è in PVC e ALU con doppi vetri. Tutti i soffitti sono pannellati, tranne nella hall, nella cucina e nel ristorante. I pavimenti sono rivestiti con piastrelle di ceramica, blocchi di legno e tappeti. È stata eseguita tutta l'installazione necessaria di acqua, fognature, elettricità, telefono e tutto è stato collegato alle infrastrutture cittadine. Il riscaldamento è del proprio locale caldaia a combustibile liquido con serbatoio posto nel cortile, e nel 2007 è stato messo in funzione il bombolone del gas per il fabbisogno della cucina. Il cortile è di ca. 900 mq con accesso e posti auto pavimentati.
La struttura opera con grande successo da diversi anni e questa è una grande opportunità per rilevare un'attività consolidata e una bellissima struttura vicino al lago, nella migliore destinazione turistica del Gorski Kotar.
