• Smješten je na krajnjem sjeverozapadu istarskog poluotoka na lokaciji udaljene 3 km od središta grada
• Planirana je izgradnja u izdvojenom području turističke namjene unutar turističkog
razvojnog područja- građevinskog obuhvata od 18,94 ha za 2270 ležajeva i Marine do 199 vezova .
• Planirani zahvat utemeljen je važećom prostorno planskom dokumentacijom:

• Predviđeno je ruralno turističko naselje s vilama koje će se prostirati na oko 19
hektara a na preostalih 100 hektara biti će prateći sadržaji: plaže, rekreacijske i
poljoprivredne površine i raznoliki centri sa svom ponudom u suvremenom turizmu a
uz marinu do 199 vezova moći će se prihvaćati najveće mega jahte.
• Gosti će za vrijeme boravka moći uživati kao konzumenti zdrave hrane, ali i kao
sudionici u ribolovu, spremanju ribe, berbi maslina i sl. uz postojeći životinjski park
pun jelena, muflona, ovaca, koza i magaraca
