Labin - Neubau, Doppelhaushälfte im Bau

Labȋn ist eine Stadt an der Ostküste Istriens und Sitz der gleichnamigen Gemeindeverwaltung sowie das Zentrum von Labinšćina. Es besteht aus einer älteren Siedlung, die auf einem dominanten Hügel liegt, etwa 2 km von der Meeresküste entfernt, und einem neuen Teil, der am Fuße des alten Labin liegt und durch die Entwicklung des Bergbaus entstanden ist. Nur 5 km entfernt liegt die Touristenstadt Rabac, ein Ort, der sich zum Meer hinzieht.

Dieses neue Gebäude liegt nur 5 km von der Stadt Labin entfernt. Im Bau befindliche Häuser, 2 Doppelhaushälften mit jeweils 160 m2 Wohnfläche, verteilt auf zwei Etagen, alle auf Grundstücken von bis zu 1000 m2 mit Swimmingpool.
