Izgradnja druge zgrade Aqua započela je sredinom ožujka 2022. godine, a završetak radova se planira na proljeće 2024. godine. Zgrada se sastoji od podruma koji ima dvije etaže ( -1 i -2 u kojima će se nalaziti garažna mjesta ), visokog prizemlja i 4 kata. Zgrada ima ukupno 40 stambenih jedinica i dva ulaza s dizalima, a na svakom katu su 4 stana. U prizemlju objekta nalaze se ostave. Stanovi se razlikuju po veličini i strukturi. Tuševi su na principu „walk in" sa podnom izolacijom i kanalicama, staklenim tuš kabinama, kvalitetna baterija za toplu i hladnu vodu, viseća wc školjka sa ugradbenim vodokotlićem, ugradit će se ormarić sa umivaonikom i ogledalom te električni bojler „Ariston".
- U kuhinji postavljene keramičke pločice I klase na podu i zidu, a kupci trebaju obavijestiti investitora ukoliko ne žele da se postavljaju pločice na zid kuhinje zbog njihovih drugih izbora.
- U svim stanovima postoji priključak za perilicu rublja i priključak za stroj za pranje suđa, priključak i zasebna ventilacijska vertikala za napu.

Construction of the second Aqua building began in mid-March 2022, and completion of the work is planned for spring 2024.
