So far, rough construction works have been carried out (earthworks, excavations, construction of supporting reinforced concrete walls).

- Bauland von 9.161 m2.
- Der Geltungsbereich liegt innerhalb der Grenzen des Baugebiets mit Wohnzweck, das für den Bau von Einfamilienhäusern oder Ferienhäusern mit Außenpools vorgesehen ist. Der Umfang ist in Nord-Süd-Richtung unregelmäßig geformt. Auf der Ostseite ist der Spielraum direkt an die Zufahrtsstraße angeschlossen.
- Auf der Grundlage der gültigen Baugenehmigung wurde mit dem Bau einer Straße mit Infrastruktur auf dem Grundstück begonnen. Neben der Straße ist eine Infrastruktur geplant, die aus Hydrantennetz, Regenwasserentwässerung, Wasserleitung, öffentlicher Beleuchtung und Telekommunikation besteht. Bisher wurden grobe Bauarbeiten durchgeführt (Erdarbeiten, Aushubarbeiten, Errichtung tragender Stahlbetonwände).

- Das Grundstück wird nur als Einheit verkauft. Derzeit befinden sich 7 Baugenehmigungen im Erteilungsstatus. Nach Inkrafttreten der Genehmigungen erfolgt die Parzellierung des Grundstücks. Der neue Eigentümer kann den aktuellen Umfang jedoch nach eigenem Ermessen entsprechend seinem eigenen Finanzmodell unterteilen.
