Tko samo jednom dođe u Istru i okusi čak i najmanji djelić njezinih ljepota, zaželi vratiti se ponovno ,jer Istri je teško odoljeti. Vjerujem da bi se unedogled moglo slagati dosjetke o hipnotičkom utjecaju istarskog krajolika na njegove posjetitelje, od same obale pa do ruralnog dijela u kojem se smjestila i ova predivna nova vila, koja je privukla našu pozornost.
Moderan dizajn interijera i eksterijera ono je čime Villa na prvu osvaja svakog promatrača, ali i sve one koji su željni dobrog odmora, daleko od gradske gužve.
Izgrađena na dvije etaže , vila nudi i predivan pogled na more. U prizemlju i na katu kuće postavljene su velike staklene stijene koje kompletan objekt ispunjavaju dnevnom svjetlosti . Vila nudi ukupno četiri spavaće sobe s kupaonicama od kojih je jedna soba u prizemlju a ostale tri sobe smještene su na katu. Masterbedroom / glavna spavaća soba vlasnicima nudi uživanje na prostranom balkonu s kojega mogu uživati u pogledu na more i u najljepšim zalascima sunca.

Whoever comes to Istria just once and tastes even the tiniest bit of its beauty, wants to come back again, because Istria is hard to resist. I believe that one could endlessly compose jokes about the hypnotic influence of the Istrian landscape on its visitors, from the coast itself to the rural part where this beautiful new villa is located, which attracted our attention.
The modern design of the interior and exterior is what makes the Villa first win over every observer, as well as all those who are looking for a good vacation, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Built on two floors, the villa also offers a wonderful view of the sea. On the ground floor and on the first floor of the house, large glass walls are installed, which fill the entire building with daylight. The villa offers a total of four bedrooms with bathrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and the other three rooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom offers owners a spacious balcony from which they can enjoy the view of the sea and the most beautiful sunsets.

Moderne Villa mit Meerblick, Marčana

Wer nur einmal nach Istrien kommt und auch nur den kleinsten Teil seiner Schönheit spürt, möchte wieder zurückkommen, denn Istrien kann man kaum widerstehen.
Ich glaube, man könnte endlos Witze über den Einfluss der istrischen Landschaft auf ihre Besucher schreiben, von der Küste selbst bis zum ländlichen Teil, wo sich diese wunderschöne neue Villa befindet, die unsere Aufmerksamkeit erregt hat.
Das moderne Design des Innen- und Außenbereichs ist es, was die Villa in erster Linie jeden Betrachter und alle diejenigen überzeugt, die einen schönen Urlaub fernab der Hektik der Stadt verbringen möchten.
Auf zwei Etagen gebaut, bietet die Villa zudem einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Im Erdgeschoss und im ersten Stock des Hauses sind große Glaswände installiert, die das gesamte Gebäude mit Tageslicht füllen. Die Villa bietet insgesamt vier Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmern, eines davon befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und die anderen drei Zimmer befinden sich im ersten Stock. Chi viene in Istria anche solo una volta e assapora anche solo un pezzettino della sua bellezza, vuole tornarci di nuovo, perché all'Istria è difficile resistere. Credo che si potrebbero scrivere infinite battute sull'influenza ipnotica del paesaggio istriano sui suoi visitatori, dalla costa stessa alla parte rurale dove si trova questa bellissima nuova villa, che ha attirato la nostra attenzione.
Il design moderno degli interni e degli esterni è ciò che fa sì che la Villa conquisti innanzitutto ogni osservatore, così come tutti coloro che cercano una bella vacanza, lontano dal caos e dalla frenesia della città.
Disposta su due piani, la villa offre anche una meravigliosa vista sul mare. Al piano terra e al primo piano della casa sono installate grandi pareti di vetro che riempiono di luce naturale l'intero edificio. La villa dispone di un totale di quattro camere da letto con bagno, di cui una al piano terra e le altre tre camere al primo piano. La camera matrimoniale offre ai proprietari uno spazioso balcone dal quale si può godere della vista del mare e dei tramonti più belli.
Al piano terra della casa, oltre alla suddetta camera da letto, si trovano anche un disimpegno, un WC ospiti, un open space in cui si trovano un ampio soggiorno ed un'elegante sala da pranzo e cucina con accesso all'area esterna tramite la piscina.
