Dieses neu erbaute Haus liegt am Rande eines ruhigen Ortes, 5 km vom Meer und 7 km von der Stadt Poreč entfernt. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig mit privaten Ferienhäusern und ist außerdem von Wäldern umgeben. Das Haus besteht aus einem Erdgeschoss und einem ersten Stock. Heizen und Kühlen:

Questa casa di nuova costruzione si trova ai margini di un posto tranquillo, a 5 km dal mare e 7 km dalla città di Parenzo. Il quartiere è tranquillo con case vacanza private ed è circondato da boschi. La casa è composta da un piano terra e un primo piano. Al piano terra si trova un ingresso e un soggiorno aperto molto spazioso con cucina e sala da pranzo e un bagno per gli ospiti. Dal soggiorno e dalla sala da pranzo si accede direttamente a due terrazzi, uno davanti alla casa a bordo piscina e l'altro coperto sul lato della casa.
Al primo piano si trova un corridoio dal quale si accede a tre camere da letto e due bagni. Ogni camera ha accesso ad un balcone coperto con vista sulla piscina e sul giardino. Inoltre, una camera da letto ha accesso ad un ampio terrazzo all'aperto.

In tutto il piano terra e in tutti i bagni è presente l'impianto per il riscaldamento a pavimento, per il quale è comunque necessario installare una fonte di calore (ad esempio una pompa di calore o un boiler elettrico). In tutte le camere sono stati installati impianti per radiatori a parete, che devono ancora essere installati.
