Tkon, Island of Pašman, Lower Sea, directly above the beach, in the bay of Kruševica, at the best location on the entire Southern Pašman, a rectangular plot of land measuring 1911 m2 is for sale, more than spacious for intimate living.

Tkon, Donje More, Grundstück am Meer in einer windgeschützten Bucht

Tkon, Insel Pašman, Donje More, direkt über dem Meeressand, in der Bucht Kruševica, an der besten Lage auf ganz Süd-Pašman, wird ein 1911 m2 großes, rechteckig geformtes Grundstück verkauft, mehr als geräumig für einen Aufenthalt in der Intimität des Anwesens.

Auf einem erhöhten Hang mit Blick nach Westen ist das Anwesen perfekt für ein Zusammenleben mit der Natur. Die Inselgruppe erstreckt sich bis Proversa, dem Eingang zum NP Kornati, und ist zum Greifen nah.

Die Bucht ist vor starken Winden geschützt, sowohl von Süden als auch von Bura und Maestral, und das gesamte Gewässer wirkt beruhigend. Abende mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen und die größten Skeptiker weisen klar darauf hin, dass dieser Standort einer der wertvollsten an der Adria ist.

Tkon, Isola di Pasman, Mare Inferiore, immediatamente sopra la riva, nella baia di Kruševica, nella migliore posizione di tutto il Sud Pasman, viene venduto un terreno di 1911 m2 di forma rettangolare, più che spazioso per una vita in intimità.

Su una pendice elevata con vista verso ovest, la proprietà è perfetta per la coesistenza con la natura. Il gruppo di isole Sitska si estende fino a Proversa, all'ingresso del NP Kornati, come se fosse a portata di mano.

La proprietà ha un accesso dalla spiaggia e dal porto.

In fondo alla baia ci sono i resti di un vecchio molo di pietra che sarebbe opportuno ristrutturare. È sicuramente un ancoraggio protetto da tutti i venti. L'accesso in auto è possibile, con un certo investimento supplementare, dal retro della proprietà. Il terreno è parzialmente ricoperto di macchia, ma potrebbe facilmente tornare al suo stato originale - un bellissimo uliveto affacciato sul mare. È la location più bella sul Mare Inferiore.

La baia è protetta dai forti venti, sia dal sud che dalla bora e dal maestrale, e tutto l'acquatorio appare tranquillo. Le serate con tramonti meravigliosi e i più grandi scettici indicano chiaramente che questa posizione è una delle più preziose dell'Adriatico.
