Brajda – Verkauf einer Wohnung unweit des Stadtzentrums zur Investition

Wir vermitteln den Verkauf einer Wohnung in einem hohen Dachgeschoss im 5. Stock mit einer niedrigsten Höhe von 175 cm und einer höchsten Höhe von 330 cm, wodurch sie voll nutzbar ist.
Es besteht aus einer Küche mit Esszimmer, einem Badezimmer, einem Flur, einer Eingangshalle, einem Abstellraum und drei Schlafzimmern, mit einer Gesamtwohnfläche von 90 m2.
Die Fenster in der Wohnung wurden ersetzt und bestehen alle aus PVC, während die Küche und das Badezimmer über Standard-Fassadenfenster verfügen, die anderen Räume über Dachfenster von Velux sowie niedrige Fassadenfenster.
