It will consist of 3 floors and a roof terrace, with an open sea view. The lower floor will consist of a kitchen with a dining room and a living room area, a small guest toilet and a storage area, with an exit to the covered terrace. The total size of this floor is close to 47 m2. 
Going up to the middle floor, we re greeted by a space of approximately 31 m2, that will consist of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, hallway and covered loggia. On this floor is the main entrance to the townhouse. 
Walking to the upper floor, we have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and also a covered balcony, overlooking the area. This floor has a total of 34 m2.
