Pula, surroundings: in a dominant position on the top of a hill, from which there is an open view of Pula, the surrounding villages, Učka and the sea all the way to the islands, there is a unique rural complex of exceptional historical and architectural value. The estate consists of a manor house, a large stone barn with a hayloft and a series of smaller farm and rural buildings, some of which bear the characteristics of the local architectural tradition and Venetian influence. Manor house – Venetian rural "casino" The villa, built in the style of a typical Venetian "casino", is characterized by the harmonious symmetry of windows and doors decorated with stone cornices and characteristic oval windows ("eyes") by the main entrance, reminiscent of Venetian palaces in Pula.
