Nalazi se u 3. redu do mora na strmom dijelu s fantastičnim pogledom na more. Nekoć su tu bili poznati Primoštenski vinogradi, a sada je pod niskim raslinjem.
Prilazni put je ucrtan, ali u naravi nije prohodan.

In Primosten below the sightseeing of Our Lady of Loreto there is a nice agricultural land plot. It has a regular shape (40m x 100m) and a surface of 3.950sqm. The land is situated in the 3rd row to the sea, on a steep location with fantastic sea view. There used to be famous vineyards of Primosten but now it is under low vegetation.
A driveway is marked but it is not passable right now.

Das Grundstück liegt in der 3. Reihe zum Meer, in Hanglage mit fantastischem Meerblick. Einst lagen hier die berühmten Weinberge von Primosten.
Eine Zufahrt ist gezeichnet, aber momentan nicht befahrbar.
