Centralna Istra - prodajemo imanje veličine 83.294 m2 na kojem se nalaze jedna renovirana, useljiva obiteljska kuća veličine 160 m2, te starina s garažom na kojoj se urušio krov te je potrebna obnova. Obje kuće su stare, cca 200 godina, rađene od kamenih blokova, idealne za obnovu u ruralnom stilu.
Imanje je podijeljeno u dvije Općine - Hum i Pazin. Na pazinskoj strani, u podnožju brda nalazi se izvor rijeke Pazinčice, a na nekoliko mjesta na imanju nalaze se velike lokve na koje dolazi plemenita divljač.
Pazinska strana sastoji se od cca 63.000 m2, na njoj su se nalazile livade, niz oranica, nešto šume. Humska strana je manja, dijelom strmija, a završava velikom livadom.
Imanje je idealno za niz profitabilnih aktivnosti - kako je dio cca 4.700 m2 u građevinskoj zoni, moguće je napraviti novo selo namijenjeno agro-turizmu, ugostiteljske objekte, uzgoj grožđa, maslinarstvo, objekte za smještaj lovaca i slično.
Na imanju nalazi se najviša kota (brdo) u okolini s kojeg se pruža prelijep pogled na pitoma istarska brda i grad Hum.
