Bio plantaža smokava u unutrašnjosti Istre

Uputite li se prema unutrašnjosti Istre, naići ćete na mnoštvo puteva i staza koje vode do skrivenih mjestašca okruženih zelenilom i brdima, daleko od gradske vreve i užurbanog načina života.
Upravo u jednom takvom zaseoku smjestila se ova bio plantaža smokava ukupne površine 7 hektara, od toga obrađeno 5 hektara.
Na bio plantaži je prije 6 god zasađeno 1720 stabala smokava.
Kroz cijelu površinu je postavljeno navodnjavanje.
U cijenu su uključeni i strojevi ( motokultivator i voćarski traktor)
S obzirom da je vlasnik tvrtka, kupac preuzima kompletno već uhodano poduzeće kao i pomoć vlasnika kod prve rezidbe.
Kompletna plantaža ograđena je ogradom.

Da der Eigentümer ein Unternehmen ist, übernimmt der Käufer den gesamten bestehenden Betrieb sowie die Unterstützung des Eigentümers beim ersten Baumschnitt.
