Privlaka - Dalmatinska kamena kuća

Izvorna stara dalmatinska kamena kuća sagrađena početkom 20. stoljeća. Sastoji se od prizemlja i potkrovlja te joj je ukupna neto površina ca 110 m2.
U donjem dijelu kuće se nalazi dnevni dio sa kuhinjom/blagovaonom i dnevnim boravkom te kupaonica i jedna spavaća soba. Središte donjeg dijela je veliki kameni kamin koji seže do stropa i dijeli prostoriju na dva dijela. Unutarnjim drvenim skalama se ide u potkrovlje u kojem se nalaze dvije prostrane spavaće sobe (svaka 25 m2) i WC.Dvorište kuće je također uređeno u dalmatinskom stilu sa stablima maslina i smokava. Ispred kuće se nalazi i bazen (32 m2), vanjski tuš i roštilj.Kuća je u svojoj dugoj povijesti doživjela nekoliko renovacija a posljednja je bila 2014. godine kada je u potpunosti obnovljena i adaptirana. Prilikom obnove koristio se izvorni kamen kuće, sačuvani su stari zidovi (debljine 55 cm), stare cigle te su postavljene nove masivne grede kao potpornji potkrovlju a koristilo se drvo stare slavonske hrastovine. Stara slavonska hrastovina se koristila i prilikom izrade većine namještaja koji je unikatni ručni rad. Prilikom renovacije zadržane su i originalne niše u kuhinji i dnevnom boravku te veliki luk iznad kreveta u spavaćoj sobi u prizemlju.Kuća se koristi u turističke svrhe već 7 godina i ostvaruje izvanredne rezultate sa preko 120 dana godišnje popunjenosti.

Privlaka - Dalmatian stone house

Original old Dalmatian stone house built at the beginning of the 20th century. It consists of a ground floor and an attic, and its total net area is about 110 m2.
In the lower part of the house there is a living area with a kitchen/dining room and a living room, as well as a bathroom and one bedroom. The center of the lower part is a large stone fireplace that reaches to the ceiling and divides the room into two parts. Internal wooden stairs lead to the attic where there are two spacious bedrooms (each 25 m2) and a toilet.
The yard of the house is also decorated in Dalmatian style with olive and fig trees. In front of the house there is a swimming pool (32 m2), outdoor shower and barbecue.
In its long history, the house has undergone several renovations, and the last one was in 2014, when it was completely renovated and adapted. During the renovation, the original stone of the house was used, the old walls (thickness 55 cm) and old bricks were preserved, and new massive beams were placed to support the attic, and the wood of old Slavonian oak was used. Old Slavonian oak was also used to make most of the unique handmade furniture. During the renovation, the original niches in the kitchen and living room and the large arch above the bed in the bedroom on the ground floor were kept.
The house has been used for tourist purposes for 7 years and achieves outstanding results with over 120 days of occupancy per year.

Haus - Verkauf - ZADARSKA - PRIVLAKA - PRIVLAKA

Ursprüngliches altes dalmatinisches Steinhaus, das Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts gebaut wurde. Es besteht aus Erdgeschoss und Dachgeschoss und hat eine Gesamtnettofläche von ca. 110 m2.
Im unteren Teil des Hauses befindet sich ein Wohnbereich mit Küche/Esszimmer und einem Wohnzimmer, sowie ein Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer. Das Zentrum des unteren Teils ist ein großer Steinkamin, der bis zur Decke reicht und den Raum in zwei Teile teilt. Eine interne Holztreppe führt zum Dachgeschoss, wo sich zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer (je 25 m2) und eine Toilette befinden.
Der Hof des Hauses ist ebenfalls im dalmatinischen Stil mit Oliven- und Feigenbäumen dekoriert. Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Swimmingpool (32 m2), Außendusche und Grill.
In seiner langen Geschichte wurde das Haus mehrfach renoviert, zuletzt im Jahr 2014, als es komplett renoviert und adaptiert wurde. Bei der Renovierung wurde der ursprüngliche Stein des Hauses verwendet, die alten Mauern (Dicke 55 cm) und alte Ziegel wurden erhalten, und es wurden neue massive Balken zur Unterstützung des Dachbodens angebracht und das Holz der alten slawonischen Eiche verwendet. Alte slawonische Eiche wurde auch verwendet, um die meisten der einzigartigen handgefertigten Möbel herzustellen. Bei der Renovierung wurden die ursprünglichen Nischen in Küche und Wohnzimmer sowie der große Bogen über dem Bett im Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss erhalten.
Das Haus wird seit 7 Jahren touristisch genutzt und erzielt mit über 120 Belegungstagen pro Jahr hervorragende Ergebnisse.
