Jedan od 'najfotogeničnijih' gradića Mediterana bivše je ribarsko, a danas turističko mjesto Rovinj-Rovigno. Udaljen od Pule 40-ak kilometara, Rovinj-Rovigno je od davnina poznat kao grad čije klimatske odlike povoljno utječu na zdravlje.

Stoga i danas ovaj grad i njegovi građani njeguju dugu tradiciju održavanja mjesta i »bore« se za epitet »zdravog grada«... , a ostalo radi priroda. Cijelo je priobalje, naime, uz dvadeset i dva otoka, zaštićena prirodna baština.

Do zemljišta vodi makadamski put (300m) koji je održavan.

One of the most "photogenic" towns in the Mediterranean is the former fishing and now tourist town of Rovinj-Rovigno. About 40 kilometers from Pula, Rovinj-Rovigno has long been known as a city whose climatic features have a favorable effect on health.

Eine der „fotogensten" Städte im Mittelmeerraum ist die ehemalige Fischer- und heutige Touristenstadt Rovinj-Rovigno. Rovinj-Rovigno, etwa 40 Kilometer von Pula entfernt, ist seit langem als Stadt bekannt, deren klimatische Eigenschaften sich günstig auf die Gesundheit auswirken.

Daher pflegen diese Stadt und ihre Bürger auch heute noch eine lange Tradition der Standortpflege und „kämpfen" um den Beinamen „gesunde Stadt" … und die Natur tut ihr Übriges. Die gesamte Küste, nämlich zusammen mit zweiundzwanzig Inseln, ist ein geschütztes Naturerbe.

Una delle città più "fotogeniche" del Mediterraneo è l'ex città di pescatori e ora turistica di Rovigno-Rovigno. A circa 40 chilometri da Pola, Rovinj-Rovigno è nota da tempo come una città le cui caratteristiche climatiche hanno un effetto benefico sulla salute.

Pertanto, ancora oggi, questa città ei suoi cittadini custodiscono una lunga tradizione di mantenimento del luogo e di "lotta" per l'epiteto di "città sana"... e la natura fa il resto. L'intera costa, vale a dire, insieme a ventidue isole, è un patrimonio naturale protetto.

Nelle vicinanze di questa bellissima città, a soli 8 km di distanza, si trova un terreno agricolo della metratura complessiva di 9300 mq.
Una strada macadam (300 m) conduce al terreno, che è mantenuto.
