Postavljen je i biopročistač, a izgrađena je i cisterna za sakupljanje kišnice volumena 50m3 koja će itekako dobro doći u toplim i sušnim ljetnim mjesecima za navodnjavanje okućnice.

Napravljeno je idejno rješenje za uređenje interijera gdje je lijepo prikazano i vidljivo kako će izgledati ova vila nakon dovršetka.

Posebnost ove vile je lokacija jer je potrebno tek 15 minuta šetnje kroz prirodu do usamljene plaže ili 2 km do ostalih poznatih plaža sa velikim parkingom i restoranima.

This exceptional luxury villa with a swimming pool is located about 9 kilometers south of the town of Labin in a small tourist town. The house was carefully designed down to the last detail, because the owners built it for themselves, but our agency has the privilege of offering it for sale.

Diese außergewöhnliche Luxusvilla mit Swimmingpool liegt etwa 9 Kilometer südlich der Stadt Labin in einem kleinen Touristenort. Das Haus wurde bis ins letzte Detail sorgfältig entworfen, da die Eigentümer es für sich selbst gebaut haben, aber unsere Agentur hat das Privileg, es zum Verkauf anzubieten.
Der Blick auf das Meer erstreckt sich vom Erdgeschoss, insbesondere bis zum ersten Stock des Hauses. Das dazugehörige Grundstück hat eine Fläche von 800 m2. Es wurde ein Außen-Überlaufbecken mit den Maßen 12,00 x 3,00 Meter gebaut, ausgelegt für Salzwasser und mit Zusatzheizung, die dazugehörige Liegewiese rund um das Becken ist großzügig angelegt und öffnet sich mit Blick auf die Kvarner-Bucht.

Die Villa hat eine Nettofläche von 282 m2 und erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen.

Außenverkleidung aus Aluminium mit Fensterläden, Farbe Anthrazit, mit Dreifach-Isolierglas, wurde installiert. Außerdem wurde ein Bioreiniger installiert und ein Regenwassersammeltank mit einem Volumen von 50 m3 gebaut, der in den heißen und trockenen Sommermonaten zur Bewässerung des Gartens nützlich sein wird.

Es entstand eine konzeptionelle Lösung für die Inneneinrichtung, bei der schön präsentiert und sichtbar wird, wie diese Villa nach der Fertigstellung aussehen wird.

Das Besondere an dieser Villa ist ihre Lage, da man zu Fuß durch die Natur nur 15 Minuten zu einem einsamen Strand oder 2 km zu anderen bekannten Stränden mit großem Parkplatz und Restaurants benötigt.

Diese Villa ist in erster Linie zum persönlichen Vergnügen und zur Erholung gedacht, kann aber auch eine touristische Investition sein, bei der die investierten Mittel durch die touristische Vermietung zurückgezahlt werden.
