Kroz Posedarje prolazi jadranska magistrala na dijelu Zadar-Maslenica, a neposredno iznad njega autocesta Zagreb-Split. U novije vrijeme mjesto ima uređene biciklističke staze, a poznato je i po Masleničkom mostu i kanjonu rijeke Zrmanje.

We offer you a luxurious apartment building with a swimming pool in Posedarje, only 50m from the sea and the beach.

It consists of 3 floors (Pr + 2 floors) with 14 accommodation units (ten apartments - four two-bedroom and six one-bedroom and four bedrooms with bathrooms). All units have terraces, most with sea views, are fully equipped and arranged for tourist rental (air conditioning, TV, WIFI ...) and represent an exceptional investment potential with a well-established tourist activity.

On the ground floor there is also a catering unit - a restaurant that is used for boarding purposes and can be adapted as an open-air restaurant. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, covered outdoor grill and terrace and on the second floor a large terrace overlooking the sea.

Next to the house is a recreation area, a small playground for children and an 8 x 8 m pool surrounded by a high green fence that allows guests complete privacy. The large garden is fenced and decorated, with 15 parking spaces.

Posedarje
On the shores of the Novigrad Sea, 25 km northeast of Zadar, lies the small town of Posedarje, founded in the 12th century. The Adriatic highway passes through Posedarje in the part Zadar-Maslenica, and immediately above it the Zagreb-Split highway. Recently, the place has well-maintained bicycle paths, and it is also known for the Maslenički bridge and the canyon of the river Zrmanja.
