Luxusvilla mit Pool in Liznjan

Zum Verkauf steht eine luxuriös eingerichtete Villa mit Swimmingpool in Ližnjan. Es wurde 2021 erbaut, ist eine echte architektonische Attraktion und eines der schönsten Häuser Istriens. Es wird komplett möbliert und ausgestattet verkauft (mit Betten, Kleiderschränken, Küche, Bettwäsche, Vorhängen, 5 Fernsehern). Die Villa verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Räume sind modern mit viel Licht und Glasflächen eingerichtet. Aluminiumschreinereien sind zum besseren Schutz vor Salz mit einer speziellen Beschichtung versehen. Die Fliesen sind alle im Großformat 80x160 cm und werden aus Spanien importiert. È in vendita una villa lussuosamente arredata con piscina a Ližnjan. È stata costruita nel 2021, è una vera attrazione architettonica e una delle case più belle dell'Istria. Viene venduto completamente arredato e corredato (con letti, armadi, cucina, biancheria da letto, tende, 5 televisori). La villa dispone di 4 camere da letto e ogni camera ha il proprio bagno. Le camere sono arredate in stile moderno con molta luce e superfici in vetro. I profili in alluminio sono nascosti nel soffitto e nel pavimento in modo che il vetro abbia la massima dimensione. La piscina è a soli 2 metri dal letto nella stanza inferiore, il che regala agli ospiti un'atmosfera speciale. La piscina è "infinity", cioè traboccante su tre lati, mentre su un lato è presente un'enorme parete di vetro alta fino a 7 cm. Parte della piscina è coperta.
