Sukošan, small hotell near the sea

We sell a family hotel in Sukošan, the first row to the sea. In the building there are reception, nine one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments - three on each floor, and one room in the attic. All apartments are air conditioned and have balconies overlooking the sea. At the top of the building there is a roof terrace intended for the common use of all guests, and with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and islands. On the terrace there is a mini-bar elevator connected to the restaurant / tavern in the basement (with fifty seats). The building is located just 20 meters away from the small beach so it is an excellent location for those who want to enjoy their holiday away from the crowded beaches, yet close enough to the center (3 min drive) or a larger city (15 min).
