Questa bella casa si trova in una piccola località turistica sulla costa orientale dell'Istria, che dista 12 km da Albona e 16 km da Rabac.

Sia il piano terra che il primo piano della casa dispongono di ampie terrazze coperte con una fantastica vista sul mare, sulle isole e sull'intero Quarnero. Tutta la falegnameria esterna è in alluminio, le finestre sono in PVC, mentre la recinzione delle terrazze è in acciaio inox.
La casa è collegata alla rete idrica, ma dispone anche di un proprio serbatoio d'acqua da 60 m3 con filtro per la depurazione dell'acqua e filtro anticalcare, oltre a un garage.
