We are mediating the sale of an apartment in a new building in Seget Donji, which is located in a prime location just 250m from the pebble beach. The apartment is placed on the second floor of a building with an elevator, which is a great advantage. The apartment has a total floor area of 71.14m2, of which 57.63m2 is interior space. It consists of a hallway, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen with a dining room and a living area that opens onto a spacious terrace with a sea view. All apartments in this new building will be air-conditioned and will have a furnished bathroom. For an additional fee of €15,000, buyers have the option to purchase a garage space. Since the apartments are being built by a company, buyers are exempt from real estate transfer tax. The project began with the construction of building B (the middle building) and two more buildings (A and C) are expected to be built. The planned move into building B is summer 2025.
