If you are looking for a nice stone house near the old part of Trogir, then we got something interesting. 
We are happy to offer this stone house, with two floors and two individual apartments.  It is situated in the old part of Ciovo, just 2 min from the old center of the historic city of Trogir. 
The house itself stands on a 100 m2 plot, while the 2 apartments are 40 m2 and 50 m2 size respectively.
Each floor has its own entrance. The ground floor unit is around 40 m2 of living area and has a nice garden and outdoor area of also 40 m2 approximately. As for the inside, it consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen and living room area, that leads to the outside area. Walls are made of solid stone, 80 cm thick and have a nice insulation as well. 
Going up to the 1st floor, we have another apartment, slightly bigger, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room in a separate area. This apartment has 50 sqm and a also a small balcony, which is west oriented. Both apartments are in good condition and can be moved in right away. Small renovations and modernization are needed, but not immediately. 
Between the floors is a narrow pathway, leading to spacious storage, so every part of the house has been used wisely. 
Since the house is located in an older part of Ciovo, there is no parking in front of the house, which is also good because it provides more peace and quiet and safety in these narrow streets. However, it is possible to ger a monthly parking pass and the closest one is just some 200 m away. 
Walking distance to Trogir old town and all amenities is an advantage. Bus stops to other areas on the island are also close by, even a ferry that goes from Trogir to Split. 
This is a nice property that can be used for both business and personal use.

Wenn Sie nach einem schönen Steinhaus in der Nähe der Altstadt von Trogir suchen, haben wir etwas Interessantes.
Wir freuen uns, Ihnen dieses Steinhaus mit zwei Stockwerken und zwei einzelnen Wohnungen anbieten zu können. Es liegt in der Altstadt von Ciovo, nur 2 Minuten vom alten Zentrum der historischen Stadt Trogir entfernt.
Das Haus selbst steht auf einem 100 m2 großen Grundstück, während die beiden Wohnungen 40 m2 bzw. 50 m2 groß sind.
Jede Etage hat einen eigenen Eingang. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss hat eine Wohnfläche von etwa 40 m2 und verfügt über einen schönen Garten und einen Außenbereich von ebenfalls etwa 40 m2. Innen besteht sie aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Badezimmer, einer Küche und einem Wohnbereich, der zum Außenbereich führt. Die Wände bestehen aus massivem Stein, sind 80 cm dick und haben außerdem eine gute Isolierung.
Im 1. Stock haben wir eine weitere, etwas größere Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Badezimmer, Küche und Wohnzimmer in einem separaten Bereich. Diese Wohnung hat 50 m2 und einen kleinen Balkon, der nach Westen ausgerichtet ist.
Beide Wohnungen sind in gutem Zustand und können sofort bezogen werden. Kleine Renovierungen und Modernisierungen sind erforderlich, aber nicht sofort.
Zwischen den Etagen befindet sich ein schmaler Weg, der zu einem geräumigen Lagerraum führt, sodass jeder Teil des Hauses sinnvoll genutzt wurde.
Da sich das Haus in einem älteren Teil von Ciovo befindet, gibt es keine Parkplätze vor dem Haus, was auch gut ist, da es in diesen engen Gassen mehr Ruhe und Sicherheit bietet. Es ist jedoch möglich, eine Monatsparkkarte zu erwerben, und die nächste Parkkarte ist nur etwa 200 m entfernt.
Die Altstadt von Trogir und alle Annehmlichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, was ein Vorteil ist. Bushaltestellen zu anderen Gebieten der Insel sind ebenfalls in der Nähe, sogar eine Fähre, die von Trogir nach Split fährt.
