Režije se plaćaju fiksno u iznosu od 100€ mjesečno, koliko i u prosjeku iznose, a na kraju godine se pravi obračun i vraća ili plaća razlika. U kući je zabranjeno pušenje. Do kuće je moguće pristupiti autom, ali ne posjeduje parkirno mjesto.
Centar Vodica čini kuću atraktivnom, a plaža je udaljena oko 400m.
Dugoročni najam uz plaćanje pologa u iznosu dvije mjesečne najamnine.
