Labȋn ist eine Stadt an der Ostküste Istriens und Sitz der gleichnamigen Gemeindeverwaltung sowie das Zentrum von Labinšćina. Es besteht aus einer älteren Siedlung, die auf einem dominanten Hügel liegt, etwa 2 km von der Meeresküste entfernt, und einem neuen Teil, der am Fuße des alten Labin liegt und durch die Entwicklung des Bergbaus entstanden ist.
