Lupoglav - građevinsko zemljište
Općina Lupoglav smještena je u sjeveroistočnom dijelu Istarske županije te graniči s Općinama Lanišće i Cerovlje i Gradom Buzet, a na istoku s Primorsko-goranskom županijom. Općina se proteže sve do obronaka Učke i Ćićarije te na jugu do Boljunskog polja. Blizina Parka prirode Učka čini Lupoglav nezaobilaznim polazištem za pješačenje i planinarenje, a i predstavlja alpinistički izazov mnogim slobodnim penjačima i rekreativcima na lokalitetu jedinstvenih geomorfoloških fenomena u Hrvatskoj.
Na udaljenosti od 500 m od centra prodaje se građevinsko zemljište pravilnog pravokutnog oblika. Zemljište je ravne konfiguracije s pristupnim putom do samog terena. Struja i voda su na udaljenosti od 70ak m.
Postoji mogućnost kupnje dodatnih 2000 m2 terena s pravomoćnom građevinskom dozvolom za gradnju prizemnice.

Lupoglav - construction land
The municipality of Lupoglav is located in the northeastern part of the Istrian County and borders the municipalities of Lanišće and Cerovlje and the town of Buzet, and to the east with the Primorje-Gorski County. The municipality extends all the way to the slopes of Učka and Ćićarija and in the south to Boljunsko polje. The proximity of the Učka Nature Park makes Lupoglav an indispensable starting point for hiking and mountain climbing, and it also represents an alpinist challenge for many free climbers and recreationalists at the site of unique geomorphological phenomena in Croatia.
At a distance of 500 m from the center, a building plot of regular rectangular shape is for sale. The land has a flat configuration with an access road to the field itself. Electricity and water are at a distance of about 70 m.
There is a possibility of buying an additional 2000 m2 of land with a valid building permit for the construction of a single-storey house.

Lupoglav - Bauland
Die Gemeinde Lupoglav liegt im nordöstlichen Teil der Gespanschaft Istrien und grenzt an die Gemeinden Lanišće und Cerovlje sowie die Stadt Buzet und im Osten an die Gespanschaft Primorje-Gorski. Die Gemeinde erstreckt sich bis zu den Hängen von Učka und Ćićarija und im Süden bis zum Boljunsko polje. Die Nähe des Naturparks Učka macht Lupoglav zu einem unverzichtbaren Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern und Bergsteigen und stellt auch für viele Freikletterer und Freizeitsportler eine alpinistische Herausforderung an der Stätte einzigartiger geomorphologischer Phänomene in Kroatien dar.
In einer Entfernung von 500 m vom Zentrum steht ein Baugrundstück mit regelmäßiger rechteckiger Form zum Verkauf. Das Grundstück ist flach angelegt und verfügt über eine Zufahrtsstraße zum Feld selbst. Strom und Wasser liegen in einer Entfernung von ca. 70 m.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, mit einer gültigen Baugenehmigung weitere 2000 m2 Grundstück für den Bau eines einstöckigen Hauses zu erwerben.
