Thermal protection is performed with stone wool 14 cm thick. Breaking distances at the boundaries of the fire sector shall be carried out according to the applied fire protection measures. FLOORS: The floors inside the building are made as floating floors with a 5 cm thick screed on a layer of elasticated polystyrene (1+1) protected by foil. In the case of an interfloor structure located between one and another residential unit, 2 cm of sound insulation is added. In all bedrooms, hallway, kitchen, dining room and living room, the final covering is parquet, which is sanded and varnished with matte varnish. In sanitary facilities, top quality ceramic tiles are laid on the floors on a layer of glue, which the customer himself can choose. On the terraces, falling concrete and waterproofing are performed. The finish is ceramic tiles that are laid in glue. JOINERY: All exterior joinery is PVC (outside – anthracite, inside – white), glazed with three-layer IZO glass. Protection against solar overheating is solved by electric shutters on the outside.
HEATING/COOLING: Primary system - The concept of heating with alternative systems is based on an air/air heat pump (multisplit systems) with an environmentally permissible refrigerant. The multisplit system consists of an outdoor unit and indoor units. Secondary system – Hot water preparation for underfloor heating and DHW preparation is carried out by means of a condensing device with integrated domestic hot water preparation (storage tank with a capacity of 46 liters). The availability of hot water at each point of consumption in the apartment will be ensured by installing recirculation pumps. Each room has air conditioning, duo split system LG Samsung. VENTILATION: Ventilation of the window area is natural by periodically opening the windows. Sanitary facilities will periodically be forcibly ventilated using exhaust fans. Air exhaust will be carried out through the exhaust ventilation vertical on the roof of the building. It will provide separate verticals for the needs of exhausting kitchen hoods to the roof of the building. ENERGY MANAGEMENT AND HEAT PRESERVATION: The residential building and its heating, cooling, lighting and ventilation installations are designed in such a way that the amount of energy they require remains at a low level, taking into account the users and climatic conditions of the building's location.
