Kuća će se nalaziti u mjestu koje je udaljeno od mora i Poreča 7 km. U susjedstvu se nalaze kuće za odmor i obiteljske kuče. Mjesto ima dobru infrastrukturu.

Raspored prostorija:
Kuća će biti dvojna, a imati će prizemlje i kat.
U prizemlju su predviđeni otvoreni dnevni boravak s kuhinjom i blagovaonom, WC za goste i spremište. Iz boravka i kuhinje će postojati pristup terasi i bazenu.
Na katu će se nalaziti dvije spavaće sobe, svaka sa svojom privatnom kupaonicom i svaka s pristupom balkonu sa kojeg će se pružati pogled na more.

Okućnica:
Oko kuće se biti uređen vrt s ukrasnim biljkama, a ispred kuće bazen sa sunčalištem.
Svakoj dvojnici, znaći svakoj stambenoj jedinici će pripadati dva parkirna mjesta na vlastitom parkingu ispred zgrade.

Opremljenost:
Kuća će biti opremljena podnim grijanjem te klima uređajima za grijanje i hlađenje. Stolarija će biti PVC antracit boje s troslojnim staklom. Biti će postavljene sanitarije u kupaonicama, a inače se kuća prodaje bez namještaja.
Početak izgradnje predviđen je za jesen 2025. godine, a završetak gradnje bio bi početkom 2027. godine.

The house will be located in a place that is 7 km away from the sea and Poreč. There are holiday homes and family houses in the neighborhood. The place has good infrastructure.

The house will be semi-detached, and will have a ground floor and an upper floor.
The ground floor will feature an open living room with kitchen and dining area, guest toilet and storage room. There will be access to the terrace and pool from the living room and kitchen.

A garden with ornamental plants will be arranged around the house, and in front of the house there will be a swimming pool with a sunbathing area.

The house will be equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning for heating and cooling. The joinery will be PVC anthracite with triple glazing. Bathroom fixtures will be installed, otherwise the house is being sold unfurnished.
Construction is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2025, with completion expected in early 2027.

Aufteilung:
Das Haus wird als Doppelhaushälfte errichtet, mit Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss.
Das Erdgeschoss wird über einen offenen Wohnbereich mit Küche und Esszimmer, Gäste-WC und Abstellraum verfügen. Von Wohnzimmer und Küche ist ein direkter Zugang zur Terrasse und zum Pool vorgesehen.
Im Obergeschoss sollen sich zwei Schlafzimmer befinden, mit jeweils eigenem Bad und Zugang zu einem Balkon mit Meerblick.

Außenbereich:
Um das Haus herum wird ein Garten mit Zierpflanzen angelegt, vor dem Haus ein Swimmingpool mit Liegebereich.
Jede Doppelhaushälfte, d. h. jede Wohneinheit, verfügt über zwei Parkplätze auf einem eigenen Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude.

Ausstattung:
Das Haus wird mit Fußbodenheizung und Klimaanlagen zum Heizen und Kühlen ausgestattet. Die Schreinerei soll aus anthrazitfarbenem PVC mit Dreifachverglasung bestehen. In den Bädern wird die Sanitäreinrichtung installiert, ansonsten wird das Haus unmöbliert verkauft.
Der Baubeginn ist für Herbst 2025 geplant, die Fertigstellung für Anfang 2027.
