I am selling a building plot of 922 m2 in the very center of VIROVITICA, in nature it is a regular cube shape, of which the yard is 779 m2 and the former house (built in 1960) is now a ruin of 143 m2.
The land is located at the end of a quiet dead end street connected by a pedestrian path, so right next to the Municipal Court and near all services and institutions in Virovitica, 50-150 m away (court, post office, state attorney's office, county, police, school (gymnasium, elementary), kindergarten, theater, Pejačević Castle, hospital, law offices, cafes and shops in the very center of the city), while it is connected to other streets by an asphalt road towards the center, to the promenade of the city park and castle, and the city center is less than 200 m away.
