Poslovna zgrada površine 428 m² nalazi se u Kostreni-Urinj i dijeli zajedničko ograđeno dvorište ukupne površine oko 870 m² s drugom poslovnom zgradom. Svakoj zgradi pripada polovica dvorišta, a pristup je omogućen izravno s javne prometnice.
