We are selling half of the agricultural land, in the size of approx. 3300 m2 (or the whole 6723 m2), which is located on the very border of the urbanized area, near the center of Umag. The plot has been cleared, according to the actual or intended use it's arable land and vineyard or agricultural land for basic purposes only, i.e. the best arable land (P1).

The plot is located not far from the Spar store, in Umag.

Estate registry is in order and free of any encumbrances.

In Croatia, the buyer is the payer of real estate transfer tax in the amount of 3%. The other seller's offer condition is that the buyer reimburses part of the cost of the sale in the amount of 3% of the contractual sales value of the property.
