Im Flur der Wohnung befindet sich ein großer Einbauschrank, der ausreichend Platz für alles bietet, von Bettwäsche bis Kleidung. So müssen die Schränke in den Zimmern nicht überfüllt werden.
Der Vorteil dieser Wohnung ist ihre Lage: Da die Loggia überdacht ist, gibt es keine Feuchtigkeit und es regnet nie hinein. So können Sie den ganzen Frühling, Herbst und Sommer über draußen verbringen.

L'appartamento è composto da un bagno, una cucina con soggiorno, una camera da letto e una loggia coperta con accesso da entrambe le stanze e una splendida vista sul mare.
