POREČ-KAMENA KUĆA SA BAZENOM I WELLNESOM

Prekrasna kamena ljepotica od 175 m2 smjestila se u strogom centru jednog malog istarskog gradića nedaleko od Poreča, na zemljištu od 496 m2. Renovirana je 2011. godine. U dvorištu je smješten veliki grijani bazen, vanjski tuš, prostor za sunčanje, i vanjski kamin sa kompletom od drveta za sjedenje uz kamin. U vrtu je postavljan i sustav za navodnjavanje. Kuća ima video nadzor i alarm sistem koje je moguće upravljati na daljinu.
