Stan se prostire na otprilike 100 m², raspoređenih na tri etaže, a temeljito je obnovljen 2002. godine s posebnim naglaskom na očuvanje izvornih elemenata i poštovanje karaktera prostora. Tijekom godina funkcionirao je kao umjetnička galerija i caffe bar, što mu je dalo otvoren, kreativan i nesvakidašnji duh.
Interijer je u potpunosti rađen po mjeri. Prostor krase autentične drvene grede iz 16. stoljeća, restaurirani drveni kutni ormari, kameni zidovi i niz unikatnih detalja koji ga čine neponovljivim. Posebnu pažnju privlače originalni komadi namještaja, poput stola izrađenog od vulkanskog kamena zalivenog u epoxy smolu – spoj sirove prirode i suvremenog dizajna.
