How much land is needed for a family to be able to feed itself? Someone calculated a hectare...
We present a house for complete adaptation with a large surrounding plot.
As much as 2,547 m² is in the construction zone, and that part can be subdivided according to the investor's needs.
Most of the plot is on flat, sunny terrain, and the far end slopes down to a small stream, which facilitates irrigation or grazing of smaller animals/bees.
The land has excellent access roads and is close to the center of the town of Vrginmost, with all necessary amenities and good traffic connections to Karlovac.
It is also fully forested; an overgrown orchard has completely taken over the land, which is registered as pasture.
If you are planning a house renovation, the connections are right in front, and legalization is only possible under the new law since the house stood in the same dimensions in 2011.
