An old stone ruin of 40 sqm, on a 4.050 sqm land plot, car access, on a fantastic location within UNESCO protected Stari Grad field (one of the largest and oldest plains on the Adriatic from the period of Greek colonisation that took place in the 4th ct. BC, also known as Ager or Hora, famous for hundreds of archaeological sites, mostly remains of old Roman villas and towers), great potential, special conditions of reconstruction (needs to be don ein cooperation with the Conservatory office), fantastic nature (lavander field, wineyards, olive trees, pine wood).
