Die Räume sind folgender Maßen angeordnet: Flur, Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer, Balkon mit Meeresblick, Toilette, Badezimmer, Kinderzimmer, Schlafzimmer mit Balkon. Die Orientierung ist Süd-West und vom Balkon aus streckt sich ein ungestörter Blick aufs Meer.
