Villa  se nalazi  dijelu centralne Istre, na rubu sela , koje se nalazi nedaleko Višnjana, na staroj cesti koja je nekada povezivala Trst i Pulu. Udaljeno ja cca 15 minuta vožnje od mora, odnosno grada Poreča, te 5 minuta vožnje od izlaza na autocestu. Ekspozicija objekta je jug – jugozapad, što je optimalno u odnosu na dnevno kretanje sunca. Dvor (istarski naziv za seosko imanje ) je bivše seosko imanje koje datira iz 19 stoljeća. Brižljivo je restaurirano i rekonstruirano po uputama konzervatorskog zavoda, te prošireno jednom novim stambenim krilom. U istočnom krilu prizemlja su smještene dvije spavaće sobe, svaka sa svojom kupaonicom, još jedna posebna kupaonica sa parnom kupelji te kotlovnica. Južna spavaća soba ima direktni izlaz na natkrivenu terasu, pristup i pogled na bazen, te otvorenu terasu na istočnom dijelu parcele. Sjeverna spavaća soba ima pristup na zasebnu terasu na stražnjem dijelu imanja. Na gornjem katu se nalaze dvije spavaće sobe, svaka sa svojom kupaonicom. Masterbedroom ima otvoreni kamin, kupaonicu sa tušem i Jakuzzi masažnom kadom, izlaz na vanjsku terasu (tzv. balidur) sa pogledom na dvorište i bazen, sa koje se pruža prekrasan otvoren vidik na brežuljke centralne Istre.
