Žirje, kuća prvi red uz more. Kuća je u odličnom stanju, orijentirana je prema zapadu. Kuća se nalazi na prekrasnoj poziciji u samoj uvali, kaskadno je postavljena. Sastoji se od suterena, prizemlja i kata. U prostoru suterena nalazi se jednosoban apartman od cca. 40 m2 sa izlazom na veliku terasu od 50 m2 s koje se pruža prekrasan pogled na more. Posebno impresivno je i podmorje oko otoka koje ronioce, ribolovce te ljubitelje big game fishinga jednostavno očarava. Krasi ga i neposredna blizina Nacionalnog parka Kornati. Unutrašnjost otoka je poznata i po bogatom lovištu što ga čini zanimljivim odredištem i za lovni turizam. Otok Žirje ima uređene i označene biciklističke staze kojima se lako može doći do većine uvala.

Žirje, house first row by the sea. The house is located in a beautiful position in the cove. The house was built in cascade. It consists of basement, ground floor and attic. In the basement there is a one bedroom apartment of approx. 40 m2 with access to a large terrace of 50 m2 with a beautiful sea view. Outside staircase leads to the ground floor where there is a kitchen and dining room in one unit, a bedroom, two entrance halls, a toilet, a bathroom, a pantry, a wardrobe and a large terrace (24.40 m2). On the ground floor there is a room with a kitchen and a fireplace and a covered area of 16 m2. There is a possibility of converting to one more apartment. Closed stairs lead to another apartment of approx. 40 m2. The island of Žirje is full of lovely coves, virgin beaches and pine forests. It is also close to the National Park Kornati. Žirje  has well-designed and marked cycling trails that can easily reach most of the coves.

Žirje, Haus am Meer. Das Haus befindet sich in ausgezeichnetem Zustand und ist nach Westen ausgerichtet. Das Haus liegt in wunderschöner Lage in der Bucht. Es besteht aus Keller, Erdgeschoss und ersten Stock. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich eine Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer von rd. 40 m2 mit Zugang zu einer großen Terrasse von 50 m2 mit herrlichem Meerblick. Eine Außentreppe führt ins Erdgeschoss mit einer Küche und einem Essbereich, einem Schlafzimmer, zwei Eingangsfluren, einer Toilette, einem Bad, einem Abstellraum, einem Ankleidezimmer und einer großen Terrasse (24,40 m2). Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Raum mit Küche und Kamin und eine überdachte Fläche von 16 m2. Es besteht die Möglichkeit des Umbaus in eine andere Wohnung. Die überdachte Treppe führt zu einer weiteren Wohnung von rd. 40 m2 mit Zugang von obere Straße. Die Insel Zirje ist voll von schönen Buchten und unberührten Stränden, Pinienwäldern. Besonders beeindruckend ist die Unterwasserwelt rund um die Insel, die für Taucher, Fischer und Großwildfischer faszinierend ist. Es liegt auch ganz in der Nähe des Kornati-Nationalparks. Das Innere der Insel ist auch für sein reiches Jagdrevier bekannt, was es auch zu einem interessanten Reiseziel für den Jagdtourismus macht. Die Insel Žirje verfügt über gut ausgebaute und markierte Radwege, die von den meisten Buchten leicht zu erreichen sind.
