Ima prizemlje i kat te se oba sastoje od dvije spavaće sobe dnevnog boravka i terase (s kata ima pogled na more).
Okućnica je uređena s voćkama,kaminom i ostavom.Ima garažu i parking za dva auta.
Fasada je od kamena.

Pelješac je drugi po veličini hrvatski poluotok (nakon Istre) koji se smjestio na jugu Hrvatske u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji.
Orebić je smješten na jugozapadu poluotoka Pelješca ispod brda Svetog Ilije. Nalazi se na Pelješkom kanalu nasuprot grada Korčule na istoimenom otoku te je s njim povezan trajektom.
Na području općine Orebić se nalaze dva važna vinorodna područja Dingač i Postup. U povijesti je najznačajnija djelatnost bila pomorstvo (Orebić je bio poznat kao mjesto s mnogo pomorskih kapetana) kao i poljoprivreda (maslinarstvo i vinarstvo).Danas je najvažnija djelatnost turizam .

Stone House with garden and garage

The house is located in Orebic on the Peljesac peninsula. 350 meters from the beach.

Peljesac is the second largest Croatian peninsula (after Istria) located in the south of Croatia in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County.
Orebić is located in the southwest of the Pelješac peninsula under the hill of St. Ilija. It is located on the Pelješka channel opposite the town of Korcula on the island of the same name and is connected to it by ferry.
On the territory of the municipality of Orebic, there are two important wine-growing areas, Dingac and Postup. Haus Orebic, 270m2

Das Haus befindet sich in Orebic auf der Halbinsel Peljesac. 350 Meter vom Strand entfernt.

Das Haus ist ohne Investitionsbedarf, das Interieur ist luxuriös mit einer Kombination aus Holz und Stein dekoriert.



Es hat ein Erdgeschoss und einen Stock. Beide bestehen aus zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer und einer Terrasse (der erste Stock hat Meerblick).

Der Hof ist mit Obstbäumen, einem Kamin und einem Abstellraum arrangiert und verfügt über eine Garage und einen Parkplatz für zwei Autos.

Die Fassade ist aus Stein.



Pelješac ist die zweitgrößte kroatische Halbinsel (nach Istrien) und liegt im Süden Kroatiens in der Gespanschaft Dubrovnik-Neretva.

Orebić liegt im Südwesten der Halbinsel Pelješac unter dem Hügel von St. Ilija. Es liegt am Pelješac-Kanal gegenüber der Stadt Korčula auf der gleichnamigen Insel und ist mit ihr per Fähre verbunden.

Auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Orebić gibt es zwei wichtige Weinbaugebiete, Dingač und Postup. In der Geschichte war die wichtigste Aktivität die Schifffahrt (Orebić war bekannt als ein Ort mit vielen Seekapitänen) sowie die Landwirtschaft (Oliven- und Weinanbau), heute ist die wichtigste Aktivität der Tourismus.
